Hot Weather Advice.

Dear residents, 

With temperatures rising , we want to remind everyone to stay safe and look out for one another during the hot weather. 

Stary hydrated- drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you dont feel thirsty 

Protect your skin- Wear sunscreen, a hat and light clothing when outdoors . 

Keep cool indoors- Close curtains during the day and open windows when its cooler. 

Never leave children or pets in vehicles- even for a short time, tempretures can become dangerousley high 

Check on vulnerable neighbours and relatives- especially the elderly or thoses with health conditions. 

Be mindful of fire risks- avoid open flames, dispose of cigarettes safley, and report any signs of fire immediatley 

If you see someone in distress dont hesitate to seek help. 

Stay safe and take care of each other.
